Van ‘broken into and items stolen’ during early morning raid

The incident occurred at approximately 12.38am on Friday, January 17, 2025, in the Rectory Close area of Bicester.

Thames Valley Police say that the offenders broke into the van and stole tools as well as a jacket.

The force released a public appeal this afternoon (Wednesday, January 22) asking for information with a photograph of a man attached who officers wish to speak to.

A spokesperson for TVP said: “We are releasing an image of a person we would like to speak to as they may have vital information about a theft from a Black VW Caddy Van in Bicester.

“If you recognise the person in the image, or if this is you please contact us on 101 or via the Thames Valley Police website quoting 43250027091.”
