Alisha Parveen makes shocking accusation against Rupali Ganguly’s Anupamaa makers: ‘Raaton raat…’
Alisha Parveen played Rupali Ganguly’s stepdaughter Raahi in Anupamaa and has now been replaced by Adrija Roy.

Alisha Parveen had entered Rupali Ganguly-starrer Anupamaa just two months back after the successful show took a generation leap. But, the actress has recently been ousted from Anupamaa suddenly. In a recent interview, Alisha revealed that the makers had signed a contract with her with the restriction that she can’t leave the show for three years. She has accused the makers of breaching her three-year contract by dropping her from the show without any explanation.
Talking to Telly Talk/Zoom, Alisha said, “I wanted to work more on the show. Raaton raat nikal dena was not right. If you have taken a promise from me that I can’t leave the show for the next three years as per contract, you should have also promised me that you will not remove me from it. Raaton raat kisi ko bhi show se nikal dena bahut galat baat hai. Aap mentally uske sapno ke saath khel rahe hain. They should have given me surety. I have worked really hard to reach this position, but nikalne mein ek second bhi nahi lagta.”
After being dropped from the show, Alisha had penned an emotional note on her Instagram, that read, “Hello, everyone. I did not leave the show Anupamaa, but I am not sure why this happened. Everything was fine, but I don’t know why this happened so abruptly. It was also shocking to me. But thank you so much for liking Raahi. I am so pleased to be a part of this show. I worked so hard for the character, but I have no idea what happened. All I can say is thank you to everyone who supported me! I will miss this show from the depths of my heart.”
Alisha played Rupali’s stepdaughter Raahi in Anupamaa and has now been replaced by Adrija Roy. Rupali Ganguly or the show’s producer Rajan Shahi has still not reacted to Alisha’s sudden exit from the show.
